この写真は、小学４年生の頭皮を撮影させてもらったものです。
子供ですから多少動いてしまうので、ボヤけてはいますが、頭皮が充血しているのがよく分かると思います。
このお子様の保護者方のおっしゃる話では、1年ほど前から自分でシャンプーをしており、時間もあまりかけず、洗い方もサッとだそうです。
襟足の生え際からは、脂特有のニオイも発生していましたが、子供なのでそんなものだと、感じていたようです。
このお子様のような地肌の子供は、とても珍しいというわけではなく、最近では割と頻発的に見るようになってきました。
このような地肌をそのまま放っておけば、ゆくゆくは、もっとタダレ、更には薄毛へと繋がっていくことでしょう。
しかしそれは今すぐに起きるわけではありません。
そのままサッと洗いが習慣化したこのタイプの肌になった人が、大人になっても、その習慣から抜けられずにいれば、そのまま薄毛になりやすくなるからです。
薄毛には理由大きく３つあります
① 病気
② 遺伝性
③ 生活習慣
です。
①は神経異常（円形脱毛症はこれに入ります、精神ではなく、神経です）や大病の投薬による副作用によるもの、ストレスによって自律神経が乱れ、ホルモンバランスを崩したことによるものです。
②．③は下に記します。
②の原因の遺伝性とは二種類あり、薄毛になるように促す分泌物質が多く出る人と、その分泌物質が少量でも影響を受けやすい人です。
分泌物質の活性し易さは優性遺伝ですので、両親どちらかが持っていれば遺伝します。
影響の受け易さは隔世遺伝が強く影響をすると言われていますので異性の親の異性の親から遺伝します。
しかし、確率的にはかなり高いですが必ずというものではありません。
③の生活習慣によるものは睡眠時間や食生活などもありますが、これらは個人差があり、ストレスと同じで社会生活上なかなか改善がしにくいモノと言えます。
では全ての人が改善出来て毎日するもの派なんでしょうか？
それがシャンプーです。
しかし実はコレが一番厄介かつ疎かにされがちで、とても影響力があるのです。
なぜなら、②記した遺伝的に分泌された物質を自ら野放しにするものだからです。
その分泌物質は５α-リアクターゼ(還元酵素)ⅱ型と言われるもので、分泌された後は皮脂の中に存在します。
この分泌物質の５α-リアクターゼⅱ型は、元々誰しもが持っている〈テストステロン〉と言われる男性ホルモンの一種を還元し、「ジヒドロテストステロン」という物質に変えるのです。
ジヒドロテストステロンは皮脂の中にあると言われており、皮脂腺に働きかけ、皮脂が多量に分泌されることを促します。そして、その多量に分泌された皮脂は毛穴を詰まらせ、頭皮表面に出た皮脂は、酸化し、毛穴と頭皮を荒らします。
更にジヒドロテストステロンは皮脂の中でサイトカインを生産し、毛母細胞をアポトーシス（細胞死）させます。
このジヒドロテストステロンの生産に関わる原因を作っている5α-リアクターゼⅱ型の分泌量は遺伝性です。しかし振り返ってみてみると、その、恐ろしいジヒドロテストステロンとサイトカインは何処にあったでしょうか？
そうです、皮脂の中です。
皮脂の中にあるジヒドロテストステロンもサイトカインもシャンプーによって皮脂を取り除けばかなりの影響受けにくく出来ます。
つまりシッカリとしたシャンプーこそが肝となるのです。
そして、そのシッカリとしたシャンプーを学ぶのは、子供の頃なのです。
