 二週続けて、ご説明してきたマッサージですが、今週でラストです。

 今週のマッサージは動脈・静脈・リンパをお伝えます。

 皆さんなんとなく働きは理解していらっしゃるとは思いますが、しっかりとは説明できない方もいらっしゃると思います。

私たちの体は、血液を利用してエネルギー供給と材料調達をしています。

 時には酸素を、時には栄養を、その血液に乗せて血管を通り体の隅々まで行き渡らしています。

 そして、静脈の働きは持って帰ることです。

 リンパ液はリンパ管を通り、リンパ節で濾過されながら、心臓に向かって行きます。

 働きとしては、血液から漏れ出た栄養を血管に戻してやったり、老廃物や異物を血管に入れないようにすることです。

 しかし、血液のように心臓のポンプは使わず、一方通行で心臓に向かいます。

 リンパ液が運ばれる時に使うのは、主に筋肉の伸縮ですので、体を動かさないと浮腫(むく)むのはこのためです。

 しかし、外的な圧力でも流れを良くすることが出来るのもその特徴です。

 前回までの2回で筋肉とツボをお伝えしてきましたが、実はツボを学んでいくと、およそ7〜8割の筋繊維の隙間や静脈・動脈、そしてリンパに行き当たります。

 これが、WHO(世界保健機関)がツボの効果を認めている大きな理由です。

 シャンプーをする時に、筋繊維の隙間を意識し、動脈・静脈のリンパの流れを意識することで、顔の浮腫みや、肩こり、疲れなどがかなり解消されることでしょう。
